1. I forgot to send my daughters field trip permission slip with her to school last Friday and she came home in tears because someone told her that since I forgot to send it in she would not be touring Lambeau Field this Friday.
2. I’m such a night owl that I leave my husband in charge of the getting the kids up, ready and off to school in the morning meaning they probably have on clothes that are too small, mismatched or they’ve been wearing the same pair of pants or shirt all week long.
3. I’m awful at keeping up on the laundry which unfortunately for my kids means they don’t get any clean clothes until they run out of clothes and in most cases, they do the laundry themselves.
4. I would rather order pizza or pick up takeout than take the time to cook dinner.
5. I’ve forgotten to add money to their lunch account and they have had to eat the free PB&J school lunch.
6. I don’t pack lunches for field trips, I take the easy route and buy a Lunchable.
The list goes on and on and on, but this is all that comes to mind at the moment.
Anyone else out there like me??
My daughter loves the free lunch which is a cheese sandwich. I have purposely not filled her lunch account because she want to eat that. I am also notorious for sending Lunchables. I have two laundry baskets of clean clothes that are sitting on my dining room table and coffee table for two days now because I just don’t want to fold them and put them away. This also means I probably have a load that is clean in the washing machine going moldy because I haven’t put it in the dryer. You aren’t the only one.

I too forget to add lunch money and the kids have had those icky pb&j.Right now I have them taking lunches since we have all the stuff here to make lunches. I think they are enjoying it a little more. Well ok maybe not my teenager.
