Ingredients:
- 1lb. ground beef
- 2 cups pizza sauce
- 1 package (12 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
Directions:
In a medium skillet, lightly brown the ground beef; drain off fat. Add pizza sauce and bring to a boil. Lower heat; cook 2 to 3 minutes. Pour into a sprayed 13×9-inch baking pan. Sprinkle cheese over the top.
In a separate bowl; combine flour, milk and eggs; mix well. Pour over cheese. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 425*.

All in all the casserole was a hit! The big kids liked it, the toddler LOVED it and the Hardworking Hubby enjoyed it but was more focused on the salad! I doubled the recipe for our family and for the ground beef I used 1 pound of ground beef and 1 pound of ground turkey. While browning, I seasoned the meat with a little Italian seasoning to give it some extra flavor.
